If you have a change of circumstances in your self employment or your personal circumstances that impact your self employment, you can ask for the gainful self employed test to be conducted again.

If you are gainfully self employed and have any of the following changes, you will be asked to attend the SE Gateway Interview again:

• ending self-employment

• starting employed work as your main employment

• significant and continuing reduction in self-employed hours of earnings

• significant and continuing increase in employed hours or earnings, if both employed and
  self-employed

• significant and continuing health issues which impact on your ability to work

You may have to provide evidence to assess whether you are no longer to be deemed gainfully
self employed.
